1. Nature of Products

All our offerings are:

  • Digital in nature (online courses, downloadable materials, web-based services)

  • Delivered instantly or within a short time after purchase

  • Not eligible for cancellation once access is granted


2. Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services:

  • Cancellations are not allowed once a course or content has been accessed or delivered.

  • If the purchase was made accidentally, and the course has not been accessed, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment.

3. Refund Policy

We follow a no-refund policy once digital content is delivered and accessed.

However, a full or partial refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Payment made but access not provided within 24 hours

  • Technical error from our side that prevents course access

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


4. Non-Eligibility for Refund

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • You have accessed/downloaded the content

  • You claim dissatisfaction after consuming the course

  • Your request is made beyond 24 hours without valid technical justification
